This website is operated by Natacha Ciezkowski, trading as '9gramBusiness', an establishment of Trucs de Luxe bv, Kusterstraat 3, 3891 Borlo, Belgium (company number VAT BE 0876931369). We are the controller of your personal data. Questions? Email natacha@9gram.coach.
If you request the free guide '9 Hidden Leaks That Undermine Trust in Your Team', we collect your first name, last name and email address.
You can then fill in a short questionnaire. We store your answers (why you are requesting the guide, your role, the size of your organisation, what you have done before and whether you are interested in a free scan of your situation) and your phone number. Filling it in is voluntary, except for the fields marked as required.
If you book an introduction call, this happens through Calendly. For that, Calendly processes your name, email address and the details of the appointment. We store with your data that you booked an introduction call.
We also store labels (tags) with your data, such as that you requested the guide, completed the questionnaire or unsubscribed, and which emails we have already sent you. This way we only send you what fits you and never the same email twice. We also note the language of the page on which you signed up, so that you receive emails in that language.
If you email us, we store your message and our reply. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies or analytics services on this website.
We sell your data to no one. We do work with parties that process data on our behalf, under a data processing agreement or that party's standard terms:
Some of these parties are based in the United States. Transfers then take place on the basis of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Your browser temporarily stores, only in the window you have open, a code that belongs to your request. This lets the following pages know it's you, without you having to enter your details again. That code disappears as soon as you close the window. Calendly and Mux may place technical cookies themselves to make their service work.
We keep your data for as long as you are a 9gramBusiness contact, until you ask us to erase it or you unsubscribe. If you unsubscribe, we only keep the fact that you unsubscribed, so that we do not email you again. We do not apply a fixed end date. Messages you email us are kept for a maximum of three years after our last contact.
You can ask us to access, correct or erase your data, to restrict its processing, or to take a copy with you. You can withdraw your consent at any time and object to processing based on our legitimate interest. Email natacha@9gram.coach. We reply within one month.
Not satisfied? You can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Drukpersstraat 35, 1000 Brussels, www.dataprotectionauthority.be.
If we change how we handle your data, we will update this page and the date at the top will change.
